Teenage Counselling: A Safe Space for Young Women

Life Can Feel Really Overwhelming, Can’t It?

Being a young woman today isn’t easy. You’re juggling school, friendships, family pressures, and the constant noise of social media. Maybe you feel like you need to have it all figured out or like you’re supposed to be “fine” when, honestly, you’re not.

My teenage counselling support is specifically for girls/young women like you – in Eastbourne, East Sussex – or online if you’re in Brighton, London or across the UK.

Hi, I’m Claire

I’m a psychologist who specializes in teenage counselling for young women. My job isn’t to tell you what to do or how to feel—it’s to offer a safe, non-judgmental space where you can talk about whatever’s on your mind.

Whether it’s anxiety, feeling low, friendship drama, stress about the future, or dealing with tough stuff from the past— I understand that life can sometimes feel like too much.

Together, we’ll make sense of what you’re going through, help you understand your feelings, and find ways to cope that work for you.

Why have Therapy/Teenage Counselling?

You don’t have to be in crisis to talk to someone. Teenage counselling can help if:

What Working with Me Is Like

If you choose me for teenage counselling support, here’s what you can expect…
A Safe Space

You can say whatever you need to—no topic is too big, small, or awkward to talk about during your teenage counselling sessions.

Real Talk, No Judgment

You don't need to filter what you say, all parts of you are welcome.

Compassionate Support

I’ll help you understand why you feel the way you do and give you tools to manage it - that’s what teenage counselling is all about.

Your Pace, Your Path

No pressure to talk about anything you’re not ready for. You lead the way, and I’ll be right there with you.

I don’t share with parents what you tell me unless you ask me to, and we would work through that together.

Teenage Counselling

Common Things We Might Work On

Whether it’s school, friendships, or life in general, we’ll find ways to help you feel calmer and more in control.

You don’t have to change who you are to feel good about yourself. We’ll work on building confidence and finding your voice.

From sadness to anger to everything in between, all feelings are welcome in your private teenage counselling sessions.

Whether it’s starting a new school, changes at home, or figuring out what comes next, I’m here to support you.

You Don’t Have to Go Through This Alone

If you think talking to someone could help, reach out. You don’t need to have all the answers or even know exactly what’s bothering you. Teenage counselling is here to help you feel supported, understood, and more in control of your life.

When You’re Ready, I’m Here.

We can meet in my relaxed space in Eastbourne, East Sussex for your teenage counselling sessions. Or if you are in Brighton, London or anywhere else, we can chat online if that is easier.

How will teenage counselling help?
